OBJECTIVE
To empower the youth and equip them with the tools to earn employment and to become self-reliant via Skill Development. Skill Development enhances opportunities for self-employment, productivity growth, higher levels of wages, social cohesion and reduces income inequalities.
1. To promote employment oriented skills, up-gradation training to youth.2. To encourage self-employment by edifying the entrepreneurship skills.
3. To provide them recognition and certification to ensure their placement
4. To overcome shortage of skilled resources, reducing gap between demand and supply of skilled manpower.
Since our objective is to outreach the public at Mass level so as to create Mass employment opportunities, our aim is to bridge existing skill gap. The initiative is to raise confidence, improve productivity and give direction through skill development in youth to make them self-reliant.
